For just $275 per year, you can become part of our high impact Charter Network marketing program designed to generate new customers and increase charter revenues. Here are just some of the features that can start working for you as a Charter Flight Network member.

Check your listing on any of the 3 network websites and you will notice that your company name is linked to a feature page.  This feature page is only available to network members and will expire towards the end of July should you decide not to participate.  However, if you become part of the Charter Flight Network, your feature page will include all your contact information including links to your website and email if you so desire.  We will include your company logo in the top right hand corner.  You can submit up to 250 words describing your air charter and all related services that you offer.  You can submit up to 3 images which will be included in the left hand column.  You can also provide a list of all aircraft and available configurations (floats, wheels, skis, cargo, passenger, mede vac, etc)  or in the case of helicopter services, you cal list all your helicopters and provide details of capacity and capabilities.

Your feature page will be included in all three network websites.

We encourage prospective charter clients to contact the individual charter operators directly.  However, we also provide a service whereby clients can submit a charter quote request and we will then distribute it to all Charter Network Members whose Charter Market Profile matches the quote request.  You reply directly to the charter client and make all arrangements / bookings / payment processing directly with the client.  There are no commissions payable to us at anytime.

All Network Members will remain on the Charter Quote Distribution list for 12 months and will receive quote requests generated from all websites or other marketing efforts.  You simply send us a profile of your Charter Market and we send you Qualified Charter Leads that match your profile.

2. Include Information For Your Feature Page
 
Use the same form to include information for your Feature Page.  Potential charter clients will first link to your feature page to review information on your services, aircraft and capabilities and if you have what they are looking for they may link to your website or email and contact you for more information or request a quote.  Provide us with descriptive text (up to 250 words), 3 pictures (.gif or .jpg), your company logo (.gif or .jpg) website link and email link information.

3. Submit Payment
 
The total cost for 12 month membership in the Charter Flight Network is $275 plus GST.  This includes your feature pages on all 3 network websites plus you are included on our Charter Quote Distribution list for 12 months.
 
4. Your Done!
 
That's it.  Now just wait for your charter leads to start coming in.  Qualified leads automatically forward to your email as soon as they are processed by our data base.

How Often Will I Receive Leads

Charter Flight Network is the most recent site which has been active for 10 months, however A Little Further North and Flights to Thunder Bay have been online for almost 2 years. I See My Feature Page, But There's Not Much Information On It
 
We have linked all free listings to a Sample Only Feature Page for the next three weeks.  This will give you time to evaluate our program and decide if you wish to become part of the Charter Flight Network Marketing Program.  If you decide not to participate, your Free Listing will remain, however you Feature Page will expire by the end of July.  When you become a Network Member, your feature page will contain all your contact information along with live links to your website, plus you can include your logo along with 3 additional images.  You can also send us up to 250 words of text describing your services, along with a list of available aircraft.  Your Feature Page will appear on on three network websites.  Return to question menu

Can I Put Leads On My Mailing List
 

We guarantee to all visitors to our site who complete and submit a Charter Quote Request form that all our network members will abide by our Privacy Policy and not sell nor distribute the clients name, email address, nor other information that may be provided.  When you become a Charter Flight Network Member you agree to this policy.

Clients have an expectation that they will be contacted in the manner by which they outline (email, fax, phone) for the purposes of receiving information on a specific charter flight.  They have assurances from us that they will not be contacted for any other reason as a result of submitting our form.

We therefore ask that you seek permission from clients prior to putting their name on your company mailing list.  We reserve the right to remove charter companies from our Network program  who violate our privacy policy.  Return to question menu

Explain How The Charter Quote System Works
 

When a client submits a  charter quote request form, the information is immediately analyzed by our data base and then matched to specific air charter operators who are members of our Charter Flight Network.

The charter quote request then automatically forwards to only those air charter operators who best match the client's requirements. 

Upon receipt of the quote request, your charter department reviews the information and forwards a no obligation quote back to the client within 24 hours. 

The Charter Quote Request Form specifies how the client wants to be contacted (i.e - email, fax or phone)  All Charter Flight Network members strictly adhere to our Privacy Policy.

Clients review all competitive quotes and chooses the charter airline that best suits their needs in terms of price and service capabilities. 

Clients deal directly with the airline of their choice in setting up flight times, details and payment.  There are no commissions nor brokerage fees paid to the Charter Flight Network.

If your Charter Company happens to have split or one way charter available that matches the Client's quote request, you can obviously be much more competitive with your quote.  Charter companies are free to quote in whatever honest and ethical manner is best suited to their charter services.  Return to question menu
