websites and you will notice that your
company name is linked to a feature
page. This feature page is only
available to network members and will
expire towards the end of July should
you decide not to participate.
However, if you become part of the
Charter Flight Network, your feature
page will include all your contact
information including links to your
website and email if you so desire.
We will include your company logo in
the top right hand corner. You
can submit up to 250 words describing
your air charter and all related
services that you offer. You can
submit up to 3 images which will be
included in the left hand column.
You can also provide a list of all
aircraft and available configurations
(floats, wheels, skis, cargo,
passenger, mede vac, etc) or in
the case of helicopter services, you
cal list all your helicopters and
provide details of capacity and
capabilities.

also provide a service whereby clients
can submit a charter quote request and
we will then distribute it to all

processing directly with the client.
There are no commissions payable to us
at anytime.
All
Network Members will remain on the
Charter Quote Distribution list for 12
months and will receive quote requests
generated from all websites or other

our network members will abide by our
Privacy Policy
and not sell nor distribute the clients
name, email address, nor other information
that may be provided. When you become
a Charter Flight Network Member you agree to
this policy.
Clients have an
expectation that they will be contacted in
the manner by which they outline (email,
fax, phone) for the purposes of receiving
information on a specific charter flight.
They have assurances from us that they will
not be contacted for any other reason as a

We therefore
ask that you seek permission from clients

quote request, your
charter department

The Charter Quote
Request Form

client wants to be

All Charter Flight
Network members
strictly adhere to

Privacy Policy.
Clients review all

and chooses the
charter airline that
