Location:
Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug (formerly known as Big Trout Lake First Nation) is a Nishnwbe-Aski First Nations community located 365 air miles North of Thunder Bay. 
Access / Airports / Transportation:
Big Trout Lake is accessible only by air, however there is limited access during the winter via temporary ice roads that are used for transporting bulk fuel, building supplies and other bulk goods.  Commercial flights are available with Wasaya Airways with departures from Thunder Bay and Sioux Lookout.
