Poplar Hill Fishing & Outdoor Adventures

Located about 130 km north of Red Lake, Poplar Hill is a remote First Nations community located near the Ontario / Manitoba border and is accessible only by air - although there is temporary winter road access during 2 -3 months usually starting about mid December.  The surrounding lakes and rivers are known for exceptional fishing for  Walleyes and trophy northerns, however no facilities nor services exist in Poplar Hill itself for the visiting sportsmen.  If you would like to plan a fishing trip to the area,  contact the Red Lake outfitters and fly-in services or Sioux Lookout for details and information.
