Hicks & Lawrence Limited provides point-to-point air charter services through the company's turbine aircraft division Walsten Air. Walsten Air supports this service using a fleet of 4 Beechcraft King Air aircraft. 

We employ some of the most experienced King Air pilot's in the industry and have been operating turbine aircraft throughout Northwestern Ontario for over 2 decades. The company is highly experienced with remote gravel strip operations, but is equally as comfortable operating into high density airport destinations such as Calgary International.

Hicks & Lawrence Limited, (“H&L”), is a Northern Ontario based Air Operator which has been active in the Canadian Aviation industry for over 50 years. H&L has established Flight Operations bases with Airframe, Line and Component maintenance bases at Dryden, Kenora, Chapleau and Sudbury Ontario. Additionally H&L supports Satellite Flight Operations bases at Geraldton and Timmins Ontario.

The Company is organized into two operating divisions, Piston and Turbine. The Turbine division is operated as Walsten Air and is focused on the provision of air charter services to various Government agencies as well as corporate customers throughout Northern Ontario and Eastern Manitoba.

The Piston division is focused on the provision of Airspace and Aircraft Management (Birddog) services as well as Aerial Fire Surveillance (Detection) services in support of the Province of Ontario's Forest Fire Management Program
