Wunnumin Lake Fishing & Outdoor Adventures

Wunnumin Lake is a remote Oji-Cree First Nation's community located 360 km north of Sioux Lookout, Ontario.  The only access to Wunnumin Lake is by aircraft and Wasaya Airways operates scheduled flights into Wunnumin Lake on a regular basis.   Charter Flights to Wunnumin Lake are also available out of Pickle Lake, Red Lake and Sioux Lookout.  The lakes and rivers surrounding Wunnumin Lake are noted for exceptional Walleye and Northern fishing, however there are no facilities nor services for visiting sportsmen in Wunnumin Lake itself.  It is suggested that you contact fly-in services and outfitters our of Pickle Lake, Armstrong and Sioux Lookout for information on fishing the areas in the region of Wunnumin Lake.
